Dashboard

The project dashboard gives an overview of content, translations and workflows.

Top pane

The top pane displays name, languages and workflow information. In the example below, the workflow checks every 15 minutes for new work to do.

Click Automation to go to the workflow configuration.

Central pane

The central pane shows total text volume and per language. In the example below we see that all French and German translations are completed. No translations into Spanish are yet done. 

Click View files next to each language to show all source files (or CMS pages) with their status.

Bottom pane

The first panel shows the total number of source files with the last update date. The second panel shows information about translation jobs that are exported to xliff or sent to a TMS. The third panel is about delivering the final translated files. Here we see that 7 files are not yet translated and 14 are translated and ready. Delivered means that the translated files are saved to the project directory.
