Invoicing and Accounting clients

Although you can define the price list when you define the project, you may also define a preferred price list for each client and, in the case of special clients – in-house staff – you can have several lists depending on the kind of work done.

  • When clicking on the Client's page, you will see that there is a part named Invoicing & Accounting that summarizes which pricelist is used for the client, its VAT rate, its Debt or number (useful to find one's way in all the clients the company you belong to has to bill), etc. If you don't set anything, you will have all the options set by default as shown below:

  • To change some or all of the information of the Invoicing & Accounting part, click on Edit, next to Delete at the top right of the page. You will see this:


Set all the options that you want for the supplier: its Creditor Number, its VAT rate, the pricelist you are going to use, the layout of the invoice, if the invoices are to be sent by email automatically and/or by post mail, add comments, payment terms...
