NEW [Editor] New display option for Translation Finder hits
Based on your feedback, we have created a new display option for the Translation Finder, offering the results in a much more compact display and showing much more hits without the need to scroll.
We have also improved the way each hit's segment information is displayed, and fixed some bugs linked to the Translation Finder in general.

New option in all parsers and similar to trimming spaces on reconstruction. that adds a space if the end of the segment is a separator.

IMPROVED [Editor] Adjusted word import to prevent potential data loss situations
When working offline with an exported word document, some users could inadvertently change the structure of the exported word document, which resulted in data loss when trying to import it back into the system. We now block the import in such situations to prevent data loss.

IMPROVED Order status synchronization with invoice: Change of rule
Given that the business rule to link client orders and invoices is enabled: In the past a client order was Closed if all supplier and client invoices were set to "Invoice Sent" or "Invoice Paid". We have now amended the rule: For closing the order, only the client invoices are checked. Supplier invoice statuses are now disregarded.

We have improved the way the data concerning users in the comments columns are displayed in the editor grid. It now displays data the same way the timeline widget shows them.

FIX Delegated billing - fix used VAT rate
We have fixed an issue causing invoice VAT rate not to match the one set in the company when the invoice is delegated. It now matches rate of the company instead of the one from the main company

FIX Job machine translation not working with already translated segments
Issue found with machine translation in jobs tab from any project, with already translated segments, it's not working even if you selected to translate all or pre machine translated ones.

FIX API 2 - Fixes for Flex document creation and push
The API call https://documents.wordbee.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=21306661 produces an error. Errors also occur when pushing content in other languages than the source language. Thes problems have been fixed.

FIX Fix zip file extraction when UNIX exclusive file names are in the archive
When using UNIX systems such as MacOS, it's possible to create .zip archives with invalid filenames for Windows systems. This prevented the extraction of these zip archives in the file manager from the project view. We have adjusted this to no longer block the zip extraction.

NEW New dynamic workflows
This is the first step towards the new "Wordbee Flex" product family. It brings a fresh approach to efficiently handling continuous translation workflows. Think of content constantly changing over longer periods of time: For example, software localization where development and translation teams often work in parallel and new content (source or translation) may flow from one team to the other on a regular basis. FIX Create translation with API for versioned target locales
There was an issue with the "create translation" API call when dealing with versioned target locales. The document which is the result of the API call "create translation" is now saved in the “Documents” tab of the project in the appropriate language sub-folder.

NEW NEW: Terminology Management Component added
Wordbee now includes a professional terminology management tool. Manage concepts, terms with any meta-data (TBX, custom fields, labels). Import and export using TBX version 3. To access tool select a terminology database and click the new hyperlinks to open the tool. Under the "Settings" section you will find configuration options. In the business reports section you will see a new report to export all TBX fields available. The tool is an optional product feature, comes with a 1 month trial and thereafter requires a license.
IMPORTANT: This feature is available for platforms in our Microsoft Azure data center only. If you are not yet migrated by our team and you would like to use term management, please contact your account manager.
