NEW [Languages]: The Mixtec Languages are now available in WBT
The Mixtec languages group has been added to the list of languages that are supported by Wordbee Translator.

NEW [Access-Rights] [Client Orders]: New access right enabling Order to have Co-owners
A new option has been added to the Order Form to enable users from the same company to be order co-owners.
Order Co-owners will have access to the order and get the same notifications.

NEW [Reports] New report available: Back translation workflow (S711)
We have developed a new report (S711) to show all language versions for both source and target along with the comments on segments and revisions. This new feature is especially useful to project managers who need to gather all the information available for each file and language pair.
Report S711 is available for admin and managers who have the corresponding access rights. You can access the report either in the Reports section or in the Documents menu of the Editor ( Export> Create report > “Document translations, revisions and comments” ).

NEW [Web hooks]: New web hooks options for project and order status changes
We have added the possibility to define web hooks for project and order status changes. You can configure these from "Settings" and "Developer API web hooks". To verify that web hooks are triggered, see all scheduled calls by hovering "Settings" and selecting "User activity" > "Web hooks".

NEW [API]: New API 2 methods for changing project workflows
The first API method, "settings/workflows/list", enables you to list all the workflow templates configured in the platform, which you can then assign to individual projects. See:

NEW [Reports]: Report S710 now shows if a segment is a repetition
We have added a new column to report S710 "Document translations, revisions and comments" to indicate "*" if a segment is a repetition.
This new feature is useful to project managers who need to be able to show or hide repetitions in the report, and check if they have been translated in the right context.

IMPROVED [Projects]: Creating a new project and presetting languages
When creating a new project, the languages are preset from the most recently created project for convenience. We have improved on this behavior to preset by preference from recent project that has the current user assigned as manager. This is helpful in environments with many project managers each working in different languages.

We have fixed an issue in the user interface configuration that affected the options for reopening jobs and notifying suppliers with Flex workflows. Each option now, when ticked, corresponds to the user's choice and reflects the correct behavior.

The Last Update Date filter in the Search Bar used to display the dates according to the timezone. This prevented users from filtering segments by a specific period. The filter has been improved.

NEW [Workflow and deadlines] Applying delta to project/file deadlines
The system now provides two additional numeric boxes to allow the user to type both hours and minutes in the deadline calculation settings “from project/file deadline.” The initial dropdown list has been removed. This new feature helps managers better estimate the capacity of their suppliers.

Now you can include users with profile "External client and worker" to dynamic supplier groups, exactly the same way you do with internal users.

IMPROVED [Wordbee Flex] Workflow option to reopen jobs is now triggered when translations are newly set to red status
The Flex configuration permits the user to specify under which conditions a translation status is set to red status. This is used to track content changes or additions. The project workflow option to reopen jobs is now triggered when any of the translation segments change the status to to red. This makes the system behavior consistent with the configuration.

IMPROVED [Orders] Creating an order and uploading files: When user uploads more files than allowed, the UI is now more descriptive of the actual behavior
An order allows only a limited number of files to be attached and this is a configuration option that can be set by the administrator. When user selects too many files, the system shows an error message and cancels the upload. However, the UI did not upload the allowed number of files. We have now changed the behavior so that the upload of the selected files is cancelled in such cases. This improves the user experience.

There will be no duplicate filters showing in the Search preset when uploading a new version of the document that has exact and perfect matches from previous version.
