NEW Standard Projects Now Let You Save a Default Word Count Profile

Similar to Codyt projects, Standard projects now allow you to select a word count profile on the project details page. This profile is then used, by default, whenever documents are word counted. Obviously, you can always choose a different profile in the word count page.

NEW New Supported Languages for Wordbee Translator

Wordbee Translator now supports Mooré (ISO 639-2 mos), Mooré (Burkino Faso) (ISO 639-2 mos-BF), Dzongkha (Bhutan) (ISO 639-2 dz-BT) and Russian (Kyrgyzstan) (ISO 639-2 ru-KG).

IMPROVED Editor Grid Retains Page Parameter After Batch Action Completion

Once a batch action has been completed the editor view will no longer revert to the first page of the document but rather remain on the current page.

IMPROVED New Warning Message for Workflow Task Deletion

Users must save changes when deleting tasks/jobs from a Codyt workflow before making other changes to the workflow. A new warning message will appear to remind users to do so after choosing to remove a task/job from the workflow.

IMPROVED Standard Jobs: New Circular Dependency Warning When Assigning Job Dependencies

Standard projects allow to interlink jobs by setting dependencies. For example, having the Revision job start when the Translation is finished. The dependency is Translation > Revision. If a user tries to save another dependency Revision > Translation, the system will now show a clear error message that the dependency is circular.

IMPROVED Enhanced Access Rights: Internal Clients Can Now Access Client Order Invoices

With Wordbee Translator, users with an "Internal client" profile can submit client orders. This is great to let corporate departments submit translation requests. However, previously, these clients could not navigate to the invoices attached to the orders. This is now possible. You do not need to make any changes to your configurations to take advantage of this enhancement in rights.

IMPROVED Project Reference Column Now Available in Order Exports

In the orders list page when printing orders and customizing the columns for the export, "Project Reference" is now included as an optional column.

FIX Editing Standard Jobs With Automatically Set Dependencies

Users can now edit a standard job with previously set dependencies and when reselecting to assign the dependencies automatically the system will delete the previous dependencies before creating the new ones.

FIX New Encoding for Chinese Characters in MT Hive File Names

File names that contain Chinese characters are now able to be downloaded with unchanged file names in MT Hive.

FIX Improved Handling of Downgraded Memory Hits

Previously, when users set a minimum "Segment similarity" percentage in the Translation finder options, the system did not take into account if a memory hit was downgraded in the resources settings. We have now improved how downgraded hits are handled and these hits will be displayed using the correct penalties.

FIX Improvements to Running QA on Split Documents

Running a QA check on a split document will only perform the operation on the segments included in the current job.

NEW New Type of Custom Field: Auto Completion Pick List.

This new custom field type is perfect for pick lists with hundreds or even thousands of options to choose from. Values for the pick list are fetched via API and as users type text the pick list automatically identfies and shows matching options. IMPROVED Order Deadline Selection Now Takes Lead, Work, and Delivery Times in Account

When creating a new order, the available deadlines shown are based on the minimum lead time and delivery time windows configured in the order form as well as the defined working times that are set in the My Company tab. FIX Target File Text Direction and Alignment Is Based on the Target Script

When translating languages in RTL scripts into languages in LTR scripts, finalized text direction and alignment are based on the target script. Previously this feature only existed while translating languages in LTR scripts into languages in RTL scripts.

FIX Job Status Remains Unchanged When Reserved

When an external worker reserves a job in the editor using the option "Accept a Job that's not ready to be started – Still inactive", the job status will remain unchanged until the previous job in the workflow is completed.
