NEW Enhanced Standard Jobs Features

We’ve significantly improved the management and export functionalities for Standard jobs in Wordbee Translator. You can now perform batch updates, including changing due dates, instructions, statuses, sending messages, recalculating costs, sending notifications, adjusting custom fields, and batch deleting jobs. Additionally, when exporting Standard jobs, you have the option to include terminology and translation memories hits in the same file or export them separately, giving you greater flexibility in managing your data.

NEW New API Method for Supplier Services

We’ve introduced a new API method that allows you to list a supplier’s services within a project using the supplier group ID. IMPROVED Updated Synchronization Rules

We have updated the business rule for "Synchronize Order and Supplier Quote Status" to ensure it functions correctly when the selected option is disabled.

IMPROVED Batch Action Enhancements for Project Deletion

Batch actions now include improved management for projects marked as 'Deletion pending.' Projects in this status will be permanently deleted immediately, including all related orders, documents, jobs, and invoices. Other selected projects will be set to 'Deletion pending' status and can still be recovered if needed.

IMPROVED Enhanced Project Batch Action Popup

We've increased the character limit for the instruction textbox in the project batch action popup to 2,500 characters, allowing for more detailed input. Additionally, if the character limit is exceeded, users will now receive an error message to help them stay within the new limit.

FIX Order ID Population Issue Resolved

We have fixed an issue where Order IDs were not being populated in jobs created from the MT Hive post-editing requests. With this update, all new jobs will now correctly display the associated Order ID, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
