NEW New QA Issues Report (S720)

A new QA Issues Report is now available to collect all QA issues from the segments currently loaded in the Editor, across any scope (job, project, or entire database). The report supports multiple target languages and up to 50,000 segments, includes rule details and severity, and is searchable and downloadable from the Editor export menu and the reports page for ongoing quality tracking. NEW Dark Mode Customization and New Branding

We have upgraded the Look and Feel settings to give users more control over their workspace’s aesthetic. Admins can now upload a dedicated custom logo for Dark Mode, ensuring your brand looks sharp regardless of a user's theme preference. In addition to this, we have introduced a fresh new look for our default logos and banners. Use the Reset option to instantly apply our new defaults.

NEW Post-Editing Workflow Automation with AI Agents

You can now assign AI agents (Automated Post-Editing flows) to supplier pricelist services in Wordbee Translator. Once a job moves to "In Progress," the AI Agent takes over—executing the translation and marking the job as complete without any manual intervention. Several AI agents are provided out of the box for translation, using different LLMs like Gemini or OpenAI with a RAG pipeline leveraging terminology and translation memories. Available flows include fast single-step translation as well as three-step pipelines (Translation, Structural Validation, and Correction), and flows can be customized to fit specific workflows. AI agent information is visible across job details and job lists (except Codyt). Note: Use of these features requires the appropriate subscription plan.

NEW More Control Over Terminology Editing

Viewing and editing terminology are now controlled by separate rights. The existing right (R980) is now read-only and allows users to browse and search terminology, while a new right (R981) is required to create, update, or delete entries. R980 is also available for external users, making it easy to grant clients and suppliers read-only access to term information for the memories assigned to their company. Users with previous full access will automatically have both rights enabled. No action is required.

NEW New Automated Project Storage Optimizer

The Workflow Cleanup feature helps optimize online storage by permanently deleting files and related data from completed workflows based on a configurable cutoff date. Invoices and aggregated analytics remain protected. The feature is configured from the Project Details page and requires R209: Can edit source documents in the project document library permission.

IMPROVED Unified Workflow Configuration Across Codyt and Standard

We have enhanced the Workflow Configuration process by unifying workflow setup across Standard and Codyt screens. You can now use a single "Create Workflow" control to select system defaults or custom templates instantly. Whether you choose a workflow upfront or defer the decision to the Manage Document screen, you’ll see the same consistent list. This improvement improves setup efficiency and provides greater flexibility without changing existing default behavior.

IMPROVED Improved Supplier Selection and Search

We have enhanced the "Set Supplier" dropdown in the Job Management screen to better support large vendor lists. Users can now seamlessly scroll through their entire supplier database and use the autocomplete search to find specific entries instantly. This update resolves a previous limitation that restricted the view to 200 items, ensuring total reliability for accounts with extensive supplier networks.

IMPROVED Batch Preview Downloads for Multi-File Jobs

It is now possible to generate and download all file previews simultaneously directly from the job page. This eliminates the need to open each document individually in the editor, significantly speeding up the final review and post-editing process for jobs with multiple files.

IMPROVED Enhanced User Operations Page

The improved User Operation page now provides more clarity around system operations, allowing administrators to instantly differentiate between queued tasks and tasks held by future schedules or parent dependencies. By adding detailed request metadata, multi-select filtering, and direct cancellation actions, this update eliminates the ambiguity that often leads to false escalations while improving operational visibility.

IMPROVED Standardized Placeholder Behavior in Order Forms

We have resolved an issue where some placeholders were not consistently populating project fields when used in New Order Forms. With this fix, now all placeholders behave with the same reliability. This ensures that all project-level metadata and custom fields are accurately captured and carried over the moment an order is created.

IMPROVED Enhanced Precision for Custom Fields with Date & Time Support

Native Date and Date/Time pickers have been added to Custom Fields, improving accuracy and consistency for time-sensitive data across Orders, Projects, and other modules.

IMPROVED Full Message Visibility for Codyt Jobs

We have resolved a UI limitation where messages in Codyt jobs were being cut off. This fix introduces a responsive scrollbar and window resizing functionality, ensuring all text remains fully visible within the platform.

IMPROVED Enhanced Invoice XML Export With Billing Email Address

The invoice XML export has been extended to include the billing email address field for all client and supplier invoices. This ensures that exported data is complete and compatible with automated processing, eliminating manual data entry. All relevant export pages have been updated, providing a more seamless and reliable integration for financial reporting.

FIX Improved Excel Filter for Multi-Sheet Files

We have enhanced the Excel filter's ability to handle complex workbooks when using Regex-based column recognition. Previously, certain sheet structures could cause the parser to fail with an error ("Need to define at least two languages") even if the "Skip if not found" option was enabled. The system now correctly validates each sheet independently. If a sheet does not match the required Regex configuration, the parser will skip it and continue to the next one, ensuring that a single incompatible sheet does not interrupt the entire import process.
