Tools - Translate files

This toolbox item allows you to:

Upload a file and have it word counted and pre-translated.
Get back the translated file and word count details.
No requirement for creating a project.

Note: MT Hive is a better way of achieving (mostly) the same result. MT Hive proposes an API as well as a neat online user interface for internal people and clients.
