If you forget your password

If your sign-in to Wordbee Translator fails, notice that there is a Forget your password? link. Click on this link and you will be redirected to the I forgot my password page.

After having completed the fields and clicked on Remind me! you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

PLEASE NOTE: Older platforms require both Account ID and User ID to reset your password, while newer platforms only require the User ID.
