How to export all files in a Standard job

Select the documents to export

Open the details page of a given Standard job and focus on the ‘Documents' section at the very bottom of the screen.

Find an option to export the files in Xliff or MS Word format on the right top of that section:

You can choose what to include in your exported package and then click 'Export' to get a .zip with all files.

When exporting memory matches and terminology, you will be able to incorporate the relevant hits from the project TMs and TBs into your offline package. The system will collect the most relevant ones per segment and save them into the relevant file.

How to know which are the most relevant ones?

The Translation Finder has a setting to define the similarity-threshold for TM matches (anything above the threshold is considered relevant). For Terminology, you can include up to 30 terms per segment.

Note only documents that have been prepared for online translation can be exported with this option.

Import the job back for delivery

Once the work for this job is done, you can import the files back to Wordbee Translator. Connect to your Wordbee workspace in order to deliver these to the project manager following the steps described below.

Only the MS Office/Xliff file previously exported from the platform or from the editor will be compatible with this import.

From the platform

  1. Go to the related job you want to deliver, navigate to the Documents section at the bottom of the page and use the XLIFF/Word option to find the import menu

  1. Click ‘Analyze files’ to import and apply the changes in your files into the working document in Wordbee Translator.

Note you can do this for each file or for all job files at once.

From the Editor

If you rather go through the contents of each file to review any of the work done, open the specific file in the Translation Editor and navigate to the Document > Import section available on the top.

A similar import menu will appear in which you can, Drag & drop or select a file from your computer and apply the changes to the project memory.

This option may be useful if you want to run a QA analysis before delivering the work done.

Remember to update now the status of the job and mark it as 'Completed' to notify your project manager that your job is finished.
