In-house Client_ External Client

In-house Clients can submit translation requests, communicate with the team and, ultimately, download finished translations. No other data is accessible.

External Clients are your typical clients who submit translation requests, communicate with your teams, and download deliverables; all of this is done online via your workspace (the client portal).

Note: You can add or remove some of the panels present on the home page by clicking on Customize dashboard above the Activity panel. If you want to remove a panel, you can also click on the cross, at the top right corner of each panel.
