The below methods serve to move project data to cold storage and to restore data from cold storage.
The purpose of archival is the reduction of storage space. Offloaded projects no longer contain files and segments in the live platform.
The calling user must be an Administrator.
For projects deleted by data retention, use the archive download method. Offloaded projects that still exist use the restore method below.
