What is the limitation on the data storage and the retention period for online data?
Answer
Every user/license gets 1 GB of storage. For example: if you have a license subscription for 50 users, we will allocate 1GB x 50 = 50 GB workspace. If you need more, you can buy extra storage: 250 MB, 1 GB, 50 GB.
We keep all data (documents, TM's...) on our servers as long as our customer subscribes for the service. As a paid service, we can do also a regular data dump on the client's SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol). When you terminate the contract with Wordbee, you can easily download all your resources from the platform.
