FIX Resolved Issue With Job Dependencies and Automated Actions in Standard Projects

We fixed an issue where job dependencies in Standard projects were not respected, preventing subsequent workflow steps, such as revision, from starting automatically after the previous step was completed. Automated actions triggered after workflow completion, including translation memory consolidation and saving translated files, were also not executed. This update restores the correct behavior for both job dependencies and post-workflow automation.

NEW Added Quality Score Conditions to Workflow Steps

Workflow steps can now be configured to run or skip automatically based on translation quality scores. For example, if the quality score meets your threshold, human review steps can be cancelled automatically. This helps high-quality content move faster through your workflow while still protecting quality for work that needs additional review.

NEW Automatic Job Splitting for Large Documents in Standard Projects

Large documents in Standard projects can now be automatically divided into multiple smaller jobs based on a configurable paragraph limit, making it easier to distribute work among multiple team members and complete projects faster. You can define slicing settings in your Workflow & Suppliers configuration, or override them when marking documents for translation. The system includes safety limits to maintain performance, and automatically maintains correct job dependencies in multi-step workflows.

NEW Added Batch API Endpoints For File Operations

Added new batch processing capabilities to reduce the number of requests needed for file operations. You can now download translated files for multiple documents as a single archive and retrieve statistics for multiple documents in one request.

IMPROVED Help Text for Custom Fields

You can now add help text to custom fields to guide users on how to fill them out. When you configure a custom field in Settings, add a "User help" text that will appear as a tooltip wherever that field is displayed. In order forms, the help text can also appear inline based on your order form settings. This helps reduce confusion and ensures fields are filled out correctly across the system.

IMPROVED Confirmation Prompt for Deleting LLM Credentials

When deleting LLM credentials, you'll now see a confirmation prompt indicating that these credentials may be used by one or more MT connectors. This prevents accidental deletion and reminds you to verify that no active connectors depend on these credentials before proceeding.

IMPROVED Faster Project Document Uploads

We have improved the upload process within the project Documents tab to deliver significantly faster upload speeds. Uploads now complete up to 5x faster with real-time progress indicators showing percentage and success/error states for each file. Upload failures display clear error messages directly beside the affected file for easier troubleshooting.

IMPROVED New Webhook Event for Cancelled Workflows

A new webhook event is now available for document workflows. You can set up the "Document workflow - Cancelled" webhook to automatically notify external systems when all jobs in a workflow are cancelled. This webhook fires only when every job in the workflow has been cancelled, ensuring accurate status updates to connected systems.

IMPROVED Segment Reports API Endpoint Supports Multiple Target Languages

The segment reports API endpoint (/api2/resources-segments-reports) now accepts multiple target languages in a single request. The tloc parameter can now take comma-separated locale values, eliminating the need for multiple API calls when generating reports for several languages. This enhancement is fully backward compatible with existing integrations that use a single locale.

IMPROVED Improved Target Language Selection in Order Forms

Target language selection in the order form now features a searchable checklist that stays open while you select multiple languages. Selected languages appear as removable tags, with a selection counter and a quick Clear option. This streamlined interface reduces clicks and speeds up language selection.

IMPROVED Improved Navigation After SSO Login

When you log in using SSO, you'll now be taken directly to the page you originally requested instead of the home page. This makes it easier to access specific jobs, projects, or pages without having to navigate there again after logging in.

IMPROVED Additional Placeholders for QA Issues Report

The new QA Issues Report now supports additional optional placeholders, giving you more flexibility to include detailed information in your reports. You can now include segment IDs, resource IDs, and quality issue severity levels in your custom report templates.

IMPROVED Enhanced Accessibility for the Orders Page

Keyboard navigation on the Orders page has been improved. This includes enhancements to tab order, dropdowns, the search field, and table focus states for a more accessible and efficient user interaction.

FIX Fixed Duplicate Scheduled Email Notifications

Fixed an issue where scheduled email notifications were sent multiple times when email grouping was disabled. Scheduled notifications now send once as intended.

FIX Automatic Invoices Now Respect Verbose Format Settings

Invoices generated automatically now honor your verbose pricelist settings, displaying detailed breakdowns just like manually created invoices.

FIX Term Details Access Restored for External Users

Resolved an issue that prevented external users from opening the Term Details window in the editor. External users can now access Term Details when a termbase is attached to the project.

FIX Resolved File Corruption Issue with FrameMaker MIF Files

Translated FrameMaker MIF files no longer become corrupted and crash when opened. The system now correctly handles conditional text markers within cross-references, ensuring that the files maintain their proper structure after translation and can be opened without errors.
