NEW Fixed Print and Export Selection in Standard Project Jobs

Printing or exporting from the Jobs tab of a Standard project now respects your checkbox selection, exporting only the jobs you selected instead of all filtered jobs.

NEW Review-Only Access Right for the Editor

A new access right (R267) lets you open the Editor to review content, add comments, and change segment or job statuses without editing segment text. Backend safeguards block all editing actions (text, labels, custom fields, lock/unlock, split/join, and batch edits) and prevent bypass. NEW AI-Edited Segments Attributed to Correct User

AI workflows now attribute edited segments to the responsible user instead of the platform administrator. This provides accurate revision history and reliable supplier performance tracking.

NEW AI Agent Jobs Now Start Automatically When Assigned

Jobs assigned to AI agent suppliers now automatically transition to In Progress, triggering the AI workflow without manual intervention. This applies to both Standard and Codyt projects, including workflow kickoff from predecessors and mid-flight reassignment.

IMPROVED AI Agent Status Icon on More Job Screens

The AI agent status icon now appears in the Codyt Manage Items list, Codyt Find Items list, and Standard project Jobs Expanded view. Clicking the icon shows execution status, errors, and service details.

IMPROVED Predecessor Deadline Shown to Suppliers on Dependent Jobs

When a supplier's job in a Standard project depends on a preceding job, the job details page now shows the predecessor's deadline. Previously, suppliers only saw a message that their job was waiting for a preceding job to complete, with no indication of when to expect work. The page displays the deadline in the supplier's time zone, helping them plan their availability.

IMPROVED Date and Date/Time Segment Custom Fields

Segment custom fields now support Date and Date/Time categories, enabling date-based data capture at the segment level.

IMPROVED New "Open in Editor" Action for Standard Jobs

The Jobs page in Standard projects now includes an "Open in editor" option in the Select menu, taking you directly to the Editor with the selected job's documents loaded.

IMPROVED Mandatory Workflow QA Profiles Enforced in TMS and Editor

The system now locks and applies mandatory QA profiles defined in workflow steps consistently, whether you run QA from the Editor or the TMS. Previously, the TMS let you select a different profile.

IMPROVED Visible Cross-Reference Tags in Word Documents

Cross-reference fields in Word documents now display visible tag markers in the Editor, so translators can see field boundaries. Previously, text added after a cross-reference was silently absorbed into the field, corrupting the output.

IMPROVED Hidden Codyt References on Non-Codyt Accounts

The workflow settings page for Standard projects no longer mentions Codyt on accounts without Codyt enabled. This prevents confusion for trial users and accounts that do not use Codyt.

IMPROVED Edit All Languages Right No Longer Requires a Power User License

The "Edit All Languages" access right no longer classifies a user profile as Power User. Linguists and Requesters can now use cross-language editing without consuming a Power User license seat.

IMPROVED Right-to-Left Direction Support for Translated HTML

Translated HTML files for right-to-left languages now include correct text direction attributes. A new post-processing option in the text parser configuration lets you define custom rules for direction and alignment.

IMPROVED Consolidation Option to Exclude Neutral Status Segments

IMPROVED Order Creation Now Applies Document Format Profile from Order Form

Orders created through the API now correctly apply the Document Format Profile configured on the Order Form when the request does not specify a profile.

FIX Fixed Workflow Error on Invoice Status Change

Updating an invoice status in Standard projects no longer triggers an error when the change also closes a job with workflow dependencies. Invoice processing now completes reliably in all scenarios.

FIX Fixed Date Period Filters in Statistics Dashboard

The Maintenance and Statistics tab in the Editor now refreshes correctly when you change the date period filter. Previously, the data did not update when selecting a different time range.

FIX Fixed Embedded Excel Data in PowerPoint Translation

Chart labels from embedded Excel data in PowerPoint files no longer appear for translation when you disable the "Extract Embedded Excel" option. This does not affect existing jobs.

FIX Fixed PDF Document Build Failure

Building translated PDF documents no longer fails on platforms using the Document Conversion service. The system now saves the temporary file in a shared location accessible to all services.

FIX Fixed In-Context Translation Memory Matching

The system now computes in-context translation memory matches accurately during online translation and when adding files to revision sets. This improves translation memory leverage for both Standard and Codyt projects.

FIX Fixed XLIFF 2.0 Import With Non-Standard Inline Tags

XLIFF 2.0 files containing non-standard inline tags inside translation segments no longer fail during import. These tags now appear as generic inline elements in the Editor.
