FIX Workflow Automation Issue for Standard Projects Resolved

Automated workflow operations in Standard projects failed to execute despite being enabled in the settings. With the issue resolved, workflow completion now successfully triggers operations such as file saving, TM consolidation, and project status updates, allowing users to fully utilize the automation capabilities on offer.
