NEW Invoice Status Log

The invoice page now allows the users to view the full status history of each invoice, including timestamps and responsible users.

NEW Project Progress Bar Enabled for All Users

A new project progress bar has been added to the default view of the main projects list for all users. This bar allows for real-time tracking of project status, and users can adjust its position or visibility using the existing "View" option.

NEW Upload Segment Assets to Reference Material Folder

You can now upload segment-level assets directly into a project’s Reference Material folder via the API. This enables automated transfer of translation context, attaching screenshots, videos or other files programmatically.

NEW Folder Templates Available for Projects

NEW Hex Color Code Customization in Parsers

Users can now manually input hex color codes across PDF and MS Office parsers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). We have also added support for Microsoft's standard red (#EE0000). This update improves support for various document formats and introduces more versatile options for color customization. IMPROVED XML Parser Enhancement

The XML parsing capabilities have been improved to support the XPath text() function. This allows more precise extraction of text nodes directly from XML elements, enabling use cases where raw textual content is needed without the surrounding tags.

IMPROVED Expanded Invoice Excel Import Capabilities

A new placeholder has been added to the list of supported values for the Excel Import feature. Users can now import the costs related to the "Fuzzy pretranslation" category from custom price lists. FIX More Informative Notifications for Unavailable Jobs

When a supplier clicks an invite link for a Codyt job that has already been claimed, they will now see a clear, user-friendly message explaining the job is no longer available.

FIX MFA Available for Users with Undisclosed Email Addresses

NEW Batch Delete Concepts in Terminology Manager

Users can now batch delete up to 100 concepts at a time, making it quicker and easier to manage and clean up terminology data.

NEW Workflow Automation for Standard Projects

A new rule automates job status updates in Standard projects. When enabled, setting the project to In Progress moves assigned Draft jobs to Proposal, if preconditions are met. Workflow dependencies are respected. If not met, job statuses remain unchanged.

NEW New Column Option for Types of Orders in S300 Report Templates

The S300 report templates now include an option to add Types of Orders as a column in the generated .xlsx report, providing more detailed insights.

IMPROVED Updated Language Label for Galician

The language label has been updated from "Galician (Galician)" to "Galician (Spain)" to improve clarity and align with regional naming conventions.

IMPROVED New "Override Dependencies" Option for Batch Status Updates

We’ve added an "Override dependencies" option to the batch "Set Status" action for Standard jobs, aligning it with Codyt functionality. This allows project managers to update multiple jobs to 'In Progress' or 'Complete' regardless of prerequisites, providing more control in exceptional workflows.

IMPROVED Back-Translation Workflow Updates for Standard Projects

We’ve improved back-translation workflows for Standard projects. Deliverables for versioned languages are now saved to the correct project library folder, and word counts for completed back-translation jobs update automatically once all linked jobs are marked complete. These updates ensure accurate file organization and reduce manual steps.

IMPROVED Improved Selection for AI-MTs

The dropdown for selecting OpenAI & MistralAI MT models now dynamically loads available options once credentials are entered. If any required fields are missing, users are alerted to complete the necessary information before proceeding

You can now import domain information for your client companies through our data import feature. This enhancement ensures complete company profiles and improved data management capabilities.

IMPROVED Enhanced Reporting: Full Visibility for Canceled Projects & Jobs

Reports now include jobs from canceled projects and orders. An additional option allows you to exclude jobs that have no cost values.
