FIX Restored 'Assign jobs' Option for Codyt

We have resolved an issue where the "Assign jobs" batch action was temporarily unavailable for Codyt jobs. This option has been reinstated in the "Action" menu on the Main jobs page.

FIX Restored Document Download Functionality on Client Portal

We have corrected an issue that caused an error page when using the right-click "Open" option for documents on the Order and My Company pages. This functionality is now working as expected.

NEW Direct Access to Active Projects from Resource Usage Page

The Resource Usage page has been enhanced for easier navigation and it now displays total and active project counts. By clicking the number in the "Active Projects" column, users will directly go to a filtered list of those projects that are using that Resource.

NEW Direct Supplier Assignment in Job List Pages

Supplier management has been simplified by enabling direct assignment from the job list pages. The enhanced 'Supplier' column now allows managers to assign and unassign jobs quickly, streamlining the process for a faster, more efficient workflow.

NEW Translate Text Without a File

Users can now type or paste content (up to 5,000 characters) directly into the order form for translation. This option, available when a plain text parser is configured for the order form, provides a convenient alternative to uploading a file for simple content.

IMPROVED Asynchronous Handling for Long-Running APIv1 Operations

All API v1 actions now run asynchronously, meaning they are processed in the background instead of waiting for each one to finish. When you send a request, you will instantly receive a unique request ID. You can then use this ID to poll the system, which means checking at regular intervals to see if your request has been completed and to retrieve the results. This update improves performance, reduces waiting time, and allows multiple requests to run efficiently at once.

IMPROVED Enhanced Standard Job Pages

Source document names and total segment counts have been added to all Standard job pages for quick reference, while the project-specific Jobs page is further enhanced with the supplier cost. This improves oversight of job scope and financials for more efficient project management.

FIX Resolved Alignment Issue for Search Filter Fields

The alignment of search filter components has been fixed on the Orders, Projects, and Jobs pages, improving the overall visual clarity and user experience.

FIX Accurate Translation Status for XLS Files in Documents Tab

XLS files marked for online translation did not always show the correct status flag in the Documents tab. The status indicator will now be displayed consistently, accurately reflecting the file's actual processed state.

FIX API Job Assignment by External Managers Restored

We have resolved an issue that prevented users with external manager profiles from successfully assigning jobs through the API. The endpoint now functions correctly, aligning its behavior with the existing job assignment capability in the user interface.

FIX SYSTRAN Custom Model Configuration is Now Respected

Custom SYSTRAN translation models are now fully recognized and applied during translation. This ensures all translations align with your custom terminology, style, and training for greater accuracy and consistency.

FIX Project Memory Now Consistently Cleared on "No Translation"

Marking a document for "No Translation" now reliably clears all its content from the Project Memory. This action is now performed consistently, preventing outdated segments from persisting in the project.

FIX Resolved Access Issues Caused by API Throttling

Cache key configuration has been improved to address an API throttling issue that sometimes impacted users when opening the Editor. The system's access mechanism has been improved, ensuring a consistent and dependable experience for all users.
