NEW Delete Empty Jobs When Marking Documents for “No Translation” in Standard Projects

You now have more control when marking documents as “No translation” in the Prepare Documents wizard. A new checkbox lets you automatically delete any Standard jobs that no longer contain documents. If you select Delete jobs with no documents, the system will permanently remove those empty jobs along with any linked quotes and invoices. If you prefer to keep things as they are, just leave the box unchecked and only the documents will be removed.

IMPROVED 'Comments' and 'Context' Now Available as Default Editor Columns

It is now possible to include 'Comments (Source/Target)' and 'Context' as default columns in the Editor. You can configure the default view by selecting the columns on the Workflow & Supplier page. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Editor.

IMPROVED Enhanced Search on Invoices Pages

The search functionality on the Client and Supplier Invoice pages has been enhanced by adding the option to filter by Order ID, Project ID and Job ID. This update significantly improves invoice traceability and access.

IMPROVED Maximum Items on Display Increased to 500 on Invoice Production Page

We have increased the maximum number of items displayed on the Invoice production section for the ‘Aggregate’, 'Approve' and 'Distribute' screens to 500. This provides a comprehensive view of the invoices, making it easier to aggregate and approve more invoices in one action.

FIX Custom Field Checkbox Defaults Now Respect User Selection in Order Forms

We fixed an issue in the Order Form where checkbox custom fields with a default “Yes” value did not always save correctly. When a user unchecked the box to select “No,” the system sometimes ignored the change and kept the default “Yes.” User selections now override the default value, so the data saved always matches what was chosen.

FIX Corrected Misleading Error Message in Invoice Excel Import Feature

Fixed an issue in the "Invoice Excel import" feature where the system would incorrectly report a source language error when the actual conflict was due to a target language code not configured in the project. Validation now accurately identifies the unconfigured target language.

FIX Supplier Selection Now Shows All Matching Vendors in Standard Projects

We fixed an issue that affected supplier assignments in the Supplier column in the Standard project Job tab. Previously, the supplier list only showed vendors who had services defined with an “Any language” pair. Suppliers with specific language pairs were not appearing, even when their service matched the job’s language pair. The complete and correct list of available suppliers now displays as expected.

FIX Resolved Invoice API Issue

We fixed an issue that was causing an API call error when processing invoices with empty line description fields. A blank field would trigger an unnecessary error in our system. We removed the incorrect logic that was trying to validate this optional field, ensuring that invoices are processed smoothly whether the line description field is empty or not.

FIX Resolved MT Hive Human Review Requests Failing for Standard Projects

We have resolved an issue that prevented MT Hive human review requests from being processed when the 'Automatic Calculation' setting was enabled in a Standard project template order form. Previously, attempting to submit a request would result in an incorrect "Error submitting order" message. While the order was created, the system failed to generate the necessary jobs or calculate the cost. Review requests are now processed correctly across all Standard projects.
