Report S721 - File QA Oversight Per Language
This report helps you confirm that quality assurance was carried out on your files. It produces one row per file and target language, showing whether a QA check was run, when, and which jobs and suppliers were involved. It covers both Standard and Codyt projects.
Report content
When creating the report you select a date range and the system selects all projects that were created within this date range. The report produces one row per file and target language, and covers both Standard and Codyt projects.
Report option: choose Canceled projects excluded (the default) or Canceled projects included. Cancelled jobs are always excluded.

Global placeholders
Placeholders can be placed in any location in the Excel file and their properties apply to the whole report.

<#GeneratedBy> | The name of the user who generated the report. |
<#DateRangeFrom> | The start date selected when creating the report. |
<#DateRangeTo> | The end date selected when creating the report. |

Data rows and placeholders
Each row of the report corresponds to a single file and target language. The placeholders of the row must be placed within the Excel table range named "___Lines___" (3 leading and trailing underscore characters). Click here for more details on table ranges.
A report prints the raw data in rows. Each row, you can use any of the following placeholders:

File | The file and target language described by this row. |
<#Lines.FileId> | The unique file (document) ID. |
<#Lines.FileName> | The file name. |
<#Lines.FilePath> | The full file path. |
<#Lines.FileSourceLocale> | The source language ISO code and name, respectively. |
<#Lines.FileTargetLocale> | The target language ISO code and name, respectively. |
Quality assurance | Whether a QA check was run for this file and target language. |

Jobs | Aggregated across all jobs covering this file and target language. |

Custom fields | You can include any of your project custom fields in your report. |
