Quality Assurance
The Editor includes a built-in QA tool that helps you catch issues before delivering your work. You can configure which rules to check, run checks on all or specific segments, review and manage flagged issues, and export results for auditing.
QA Profiles and Categories
A QA profile defines which rules are checked during a run: spelling, terminology, formatting, tag consistency, number mismatches, and more. Rules are organized into categories, each grouping related checks together. Profiles are configured at the project or organization level, and when multiple profiles are available, you select one before running a check.

Running a QA Check
To run a QA check:
Open the QA menu in the toolbar and click Run QA.
Select the QA profile to use.
Choose the scope: all segments or a specific subset.
Click Run.
Results appear in the QA panel and as icons in the segment grid. Each run adds newly detected issues and removes resolved ones. Previously identified issues are not lost.

Viewing and Managing Issues
You can work with QA issues in the way that suits you best:
QA Panel: a dedicated workspace to review issue details, ignore false positives, and add notes. Click the QA icon in the segment toolbar to open the panel for the active segment. See QA Panel for more details.
Grid filters: filter by severity or issue type to surface only the issues that matter.
QA Insights column (coming soon): issue indicators displayed directly in the grid, giving you an at-a-glance overview without opening the panel.

Exporting QA Results
For auditing or sharing with your team, open the Reports feature in the toolbar and select a QA report template. The report includes issue types, severity, affected segments, and any notes added during review.
