Timeline Tab
The Timeline tab shows a chronological log of metadata changes made to the selected segment. Each entry records who changed a field, when the change happened, and what the previous value was. This is useful for auditing workflows where custom fields, labels, or other metadata are updated over multiple steps.

Each entry in the timeline displays:
Element | Description |

Date and time | When the change was recorded |
User | The user who made the change |
Field name and language | The field that was changed and the language it applies to (if the change is language-specific) |
Previous value | The value the field had before the change, shown in parentheses |
The timeline stores up to 50 entries per segment. When the limit is reached, the oldest entry is removed to make room for the newest one.
The Timeline tab is only visible when metadata logging is enabled for the platform. Contact your administrator to enable this feature.
